South Arkansas CPA Services PLLC (SACPA) started in 2013 as a division of Computer Troubleshooters. SACPA split off from Computer Troubleshooters on September 1, 2016. On November 1, 2017, South Ark CPA moved to its new location at 315 E Oak Street, Suite 206, El Dorado, AR. Although we have only been open a little while, our owner, Crystal Willis, has been in public accounting for more than ten years. We specialize in helping organizations streamline their accounting processes and completing all necessary tax filings.
The firm focuses on helping small to medium sized businesses and individuals achieve their accounting and financial goals. One method we use is offering suggestions on how to make accounting functions as efficient as possible based on the needs of the individual client. We also work with our clients to minimize their tax liabilities through out the year. Our clients’ financial stability and growth is as important to us as it is to them.
South Ark CPA prides its self with maintaining close relationships with all our clients. We believe the foundation of a good business partnership starts with the relationship between the CPA and the client. Without our clients’ faith and trust, we cannot be successful!
Crystal Willis is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Once out of the service, she opted to use the Montgomery GI Bill to go to college. As a single mother with three children and a knack for accounting, she started on her career path. Crystal graduated from the University of Phoenix Online in the spring of 2007. She worked at a large local public accounting firm for the next six years while studying for the Certified Public Accountant exam. She passed the exam and received her CPA license in May 2012. Crystal left public accounting for a brief time to serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Computer Troubleshooters. While at Troubleshooters, she was able to help clients with QuickBooks and became a Certified QuickBooks Pro-advisor. Crystal, with the authorization of the owner of Computer Troubleshooters, started offering bookkeeping services to help fill her schedule. It was this opportunity that enabled her to grow and start South Arkansas CPA Services PLLC.
